For 28 days, I have observed different classes from different grade levels, but the techniques of the teachers and the responses of the students are almost very similar.
The most used teaching method I have observed is lecture-based instruction or the 'Teacher-centered teaching' and inquiry-based learning with a hint of play-based learning. The class usually starts with a motivation that captures the interests of the students and will be followed by a discussion or lecture by the teacher. If it is observed for the first time, one can say that the school follows the authoritative style of teaching. It is also important to note that Lazuardi offers different morning routines for the students to ensure that they start their every day with a smile, a happy heart, and an active-ready body.
For inquiry-based learning, I have observed that the school allows the students to explore, have short field trips, and have the freedom to have as many real-life experiences that can be connected to the day’s topic. I have observed this mostly in the students’ Mathematics and Tematik classes.
After having a lecture about the lesson proper, it can also be observed that the teacher allows the students to share their experiences or knowledge that has a connection to what has been discussed.

Having the opportunity to observe different classes, I have seen that the teachers usually use their MyPals Pupil’s Book & Workbook for the students' learning materials. If the discussion for the day has a connection with physical activities, the teachers allow the students to have their time in the school’s court to be physically engaged with their topic. Although the school provides a projector for the class to use, I have observed that it is rarely used. Lastly, before the teacher ends their class, they make sure to provide a teacher-made worksheet for the students to answer or make the students answer their MyPals Workbook as a form of assessment.
